Raffaella Julia Theresa Abruzzo, popularly known as Rae Allen, has passed away. The American actress was 95 when she breathed her last. She was best known for her role as Quintina Blundetto on The Sopranos. As per reports, the Tony award-winning actor died on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. The representative of the ‘Damn Yankees’ actor confirmed the actress’ death. The actor said that they had the pleasure of representing Allen for over 20 years and that she was one of the most gifted actresses they ever had the pleasure of working with. The actress started her acting career in 1958 in the Oscar-nominated musical comedy ‘Damn Yankees’. She played the character of Gloria Thorpe. In the 1992 sports comedy feature ‘A League of Their Own’, Rae appeared as Ma Keller. On ‘Seinfield’, are also essayed the role of Mrs. Sokol.
